Our client is a global leader in commercial helicopter services, operating one of the world's largest fleets to support offshore energy, search and rescue, and emergency medical operations worldwide.


The Role

We're seeking a skilled Pilot to join our Client's exclusive team operating revolutionary fully electric aircraft in Norway's dedicated test environment. You'll command cutting-edge electric aircraft under special certification, executing test flights across all operational conditions. This transformative project demonstrates electric aviation's readiness to integrate with existing infrastructure through proven cargo operations.


Key Responsibilities

Flight Operations:

  • Conduct single-pilot operations to meet project deliverables

  • Monitor aircraft performance, limitations, and safety parameters

  • Develop operational procedures and manuals

Safety & Compliance:

  • Develop risk assessments and safety cases

  • Maintain expertise in EASA & FAA regulations

  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

Collaboration:

  • Work with engineering and operations teams

  • Present progress to VIP visitors, executives, and regulators


Key Requirements

Essential:

  • Right to work in Norway and EU

  • EASA or FAA CPL(A) + IR with Single Engine Land endorsement

  • Class One medical certificate with single pilot privileges

  • 1,000+ total flight hours

  • 500+ hours as Pilot in Command

  • 100+ hours instrument flight time as PIC (single engine)

  • Single-engine, single-pilot VFR/IFR experience in similar geography / climate

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Clean background check required
