The IT Support Technician will provide first- and second-line technical support to internal users across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of ICT, this role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and systems availability. The technician will also play a key role in maintaining IT assets, supporting onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

They are looking for this individual to lead the legal and governance function at a pivotal stage of their corporate development.

This role will lead technical teams, ensuring the development and alignment work in support of the organisations strategy. The position involves supporting work groups and internal process improvement projects etc. This role is responsible for reviewing the outcome of team activities of working groups and outputs for formal release in line with the organisations ongoing governance and strategy work.
