The Role
The Responsible Designer (RD) must prepare the integration of the design to meet the maturity expected for the commissioning milestones, named IPCM (Intermediate Project Configuration Milestones) and must be organized according to the IPCM strategy and IPCM configuration boards. A new high-level team called the IPCM Integration Team (2IT) has been established within the Directorate-level unit. This team will oversee:
Contributing with NNB to the IPCM strategy, planning and content.
Building the processes, tools to manage the transversal maturity of elementary systems.
Reviewing with the sequence leaders that the budget and planning for the elementary systems is consistent with the IPCM sequence.
Deliver the maturity of the elementary systems maturity, by respecting the IPCM process and tools. To ensure this, the team will consist of 2 divisions.
Strategy, process and tools, budgets, and resources coordination.
IPCM integrators.
This is a new role to lead the IPCM process and delivery for elementary systems. The IPCM integrator is a key transversal new role that is legitimated by the management to lead the maturity of the elementary systems according to the expectation of the system design maturity review.
Key Responsibilities

The maturity review process: KoM, roadmap, preparation, coordination of disciplines (3 main parts: Systems/Equipment /MEH), meeting and actions plan follow up.
The maturity of the design for the gate review of the project.
The risk assessment with the disciplines on remaining OP and the full implementation of all design change required for the commissioning (as per freeze).
The consistency of the document and data necessary to produce commissioning documentation and commissioning on site-activities by commissioning engineering.
The production and the completion of the IPCM system delivery package.
The consistency between I&C SPPA & Elec (Load list) and systems to be commissioned.
