The Role

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to support the commercial and operational aspects of key projects. This role integrates project management, commercial oversight, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution and profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and commercial models to optimise cost efficiency and profitability.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications are met and stakeholders are informed of project status.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client concerns and provide regular updates on project progress.

  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing effective strategies to maintain project timelines and objectives.

  • Analyse project performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives and enhance project delivery capabilities.


Key Requirements

Job Specific Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

Skills& Knowledge Required:

  • Extensive experience in project management, commercial management, or financial control roles..

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

  • Experience in project-based industries such as construction, engineering, or energy preferred.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Microsoft Projects preferred.

  • SAP Experience a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP, CPA, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
