The Role

Responsible for controlling time sheets, managing employee admissions and dismissals, analysing payroll, processing contract terminations and related charges, overseeing employee benefits, and preparing reports.


Key Responsibilities

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Admission and dismissal of employees.

  • Holiday Control.

  • Control of medical certificates, paid leave.

  • Monitoring of Labor Legislation and Collective Convention.

  • Payroll analysis, charges and contract termination.

  • Employment contract approvals.

  • Control of the employees' time sheet.

  • Elaboration of expense control reports and employee costs.

  • Make Non-Po and PO payments.

Key Requirements

Academic Education Required:

  • Degree in Administration, Law, HR, Accounting or

  • Advanced or Fluent English is mandatory

Professional Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of labor legislation.

  • Calculation of payroll, job termination and charges.

  • Preparation and completion of Spreadsheets, expense control, purchases, relationship with the Bank, accounting documents, accountability.

  • Their mission is to help other professionals work.

  • For the professional exercise of the Payroll Analyst, higher education is required, in addition to one to two years of experience in the area for some occupations.

  • Knowledge of labor legislation.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and proactivity

  • Solid computer literacy with good mathematical skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Familiarity with general administrative routines and procedures

  • Ability to work efficiently with computers, printers, and network systems

  • Knowledge of office software for accounts payable/receivable, scheduling, and supplier management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
