We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and passionate IT Recruitment Trainee for our West London office.

Mentored and supported by our existing recruitment consultants, you will add to the IT and computer software technical knowledge base in our team, playing a crucial role in the sourcing, recruitment and placing of industry professionals within the tech industry.

You will have the opportunity to work on some of our most technical and diverse vacancies including for example - Software Engineers, Java Developers, IT Directors, Business Analysts and Data Architects in addition to many other types of tech roles for major global organisations. By combining your existing tech knowledge with the coaching and mentoring you will receive, you will have the opportunity to build your career and become a highly experienced Tech Recruitment Consultant.


Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following;

  • Proactively searching, identifying and approaching suitable candidates through meticulous searching techniques and advanced online recruitment platforms
  • Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts across a wide range of social media and digital platforms
  • Attracting candidates and matching them to temporary and permanent positions with our clients
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
  • Preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Organising interviews for candidates with clients
  • Working with existing clients and building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs
  • Develop and building relationships with new clients to grow our Tech business further
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies


Knowledge and experience required;

  • You must have clearly demonstrable experience or be degree qualified in IT, Computer Software, Computer Programming or similar
  • A distinct preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in written and spoken Spanish
  • Must have exceptional written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a professional and confident telephone manner
  • Must be willing to learn and eager for exposure to the recruitment industry
  • You will be a naturally enthusiastic individual, able to articulate and explain complex technical requirements clearly
  • You will have excellent active listening skills and be driven by a desire to learn and succeed
