We are looking for a full-time person to support a significant change programme centred around the configuration and subsequent deployment of a business software package initially focussed upon talent sourcing and onboarding.

The role is based in London (South West area) and our client is international with a progressive outlook to the attraction, retention and development of its people. The successful candidate will assist in the scoping, oversee the design through to testing and deployment of software designed to simplify and enable more efficient resourcing outcomes across the business. As such, a significant focus of the role will be to engage all stakeholders and ensure as far as possible the solution is developed with the full support of the business and end users.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Interim Manager to work on a change programme which will be for 9 months initially but potentially for a much longer term as new projects are rolled out across the business.

We require a creative and progressive individual to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, culturally aware and ideally have a clear understanding of talent attraction recruitment techniques. A proven leader of change projects with an international organisation will be a distinct advantage. Project management skills and software system implementation will also be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a tangible and lasting impact on this area of the business and also have the chance to enhance their change management and systems implementation skill sets. About you - must haves?

  • Currently have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Confident self-starter who is eager to develop and build on their experience.
  • Degree level qualified.
  • Logical thinker with excellent facilitation and change management skills
  • Above average writing and spoken English skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and responsibility, and a good degree of resilience.
  • The ability to work effectively and confidently with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to manage own time and priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.


Distinct advantage to have;

  • An IT or engineering related degree
