Simpson Booth's client, a multinational professional services firm, is looking for an accomplished Change Manager to join their Innovation, Technology & Transformation (ITT) team in their PAS business.

The Change Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing an ongoing change programme to increase adoption of digital services and new business models (e.g. managed services, software as a service) and drive a culture of incubation and client-led innovation development within our PAS business in the UK & Ireland.

The Innovation team has strong links with other advanced technology and innovation teams across the company both in the UK and worldwide and offers excellent career potential in joining a rapidly growing team.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving incubation methodology and culture through PAS such as co-development with clients and the use of prototypes for new offerings and digital tools in client discussions
  • Fostering an innovation culture through events such as hackathons, using tools such as crowd sourcing to replenish our innovation funnel
  • Working with ITT and PAS Leadership to shape and drive the transformation agenda
  • Leading change management work streams through the entire cycle of digital change or transformation programmes using waterfall, agile and/or other contemporary methodologies
  • Defining and implementing the people and organisational implications of change programmes e.g. the launch of new internal ways of working, new services and enabling digital tools
  • Executing robust, innovative communications and engagement campaigns, including colleague journeys working with the team Communications Lead
  • Designing and facilitating leadership collaborative events to define a shared purpose, develop transformation solutions, implementation road map and target behaviours
  • Mobilising change delivery capability and undertaking workforce capability assessments and relevant sourcing solutions
  • Implementing transition planning, including tracking and monitoring programme specific dashboard and key KPIs
  • Benefits tracking of all ITT projects
  • Developing learning and experiences to embed adoption of new offerings and digital tools and enhance innovation capability

  • The ability to work and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of project managers, software developers, data scientists, data engineers and subject-matter professionals from ITT and wider PAS, as well as Marketing and Communications colleagues from across PAS

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Proven experience working as a change management professional leading change workstreams on change or transformation programmes
  • Experience of driving change adoption of new technologies
  • Strong core consulting skills
  • A track record of effective senior stakeholder engagement in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment including providing robust advice, constructive challenge, delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues
  • Experience of coaching junior staff


Ideally you will also have

  • Experience of using design thinking to shape change interventions
