My Client a leading Professional Services firm based in London are looking to hire a Manager - Global Compensation Solutions. The role could be offered full time or part time (4 days a week) and flexible working is offered.

The role would ideally suit a data analytics specialist with advanced Excel and Access skills. The successful candidate would be able to enhance data capture, manipulate multiple sources of data , improving processes, automate manual tasks, test new processes, reconcile and validate data output. Tax technical training in all aspects of global mobility and cross-border payroll and withholding compliance will also be provided

Main Duties

  • Data analytics specialist to assist in the capture, reconciliation and reporting of global compensation
  • Responsible for tracking numerous global data capture templates
  • Manipulation of data for processing
  • Working closely with the Tax Technology team to ensure best practice
  • Contribute/provide process improvement, and recommend areas of automation
  • Ability to define tax rules that aid an effective technology build
  • Ownership of the company web based client portal
  • User acceptance testing
  • Responsibility loading, mapping and downloading client payroll instructions to the global co-ordination database or to the firms Global Payroll Manager Software

Essential skills

  • Advanced Excel & Access database skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, self-motivation and "can do" attitude
  • Disciplined in process documentation
  • Able to occasionally work extended hours to provide support to the business during critical phases of an activity or project will be required

Desirable but not essential
