Our Client – a leading multinational are looking to hire an interim Director of Global Mobility and Reward into their HR team in the South East of England / Greater London. This is an exceptional, hi-profile role which will report into the Senior Director of Reward and interact with HR Business Partners, Reward team members and subject matter experts.


You will manage all aspects of International moves from initiation to repatriation, be integral in designing a fit for purpose EMEA Reward strategy, be accountable for the development and delivery of EMEA global mobility policies & processes – keeping up to date with market and business changes. You will provide specialist support and advice to all stakeholders including HRBPs, local HR / reward teams and service delivery to name a few.


You will have extensive experience as a subject matter expert within global mobility reward and possess very strong technical knowledge in all aspects of mobility including tax, balance sheets, etc. You will have excellent influencing and customer skills and experience of using software packages for assignment tracking.


With a strategic mindset you will be a credible leader, take personal accountability and be an ambassador for change – the culture is one of continuous improvement and as such you will seek to find improved ways of working and provide insights/contribute on a range of EMEA/International compensation & benefits issues and projects. This is a rolling contract with good long term scope.


The role will partner with the firm's external BIG 4 Tax Advisor as well as immigration , insurance and relocation partners. While not essential some knowledge of expatriate tax / questions to ask would be beneficial.
