1st Line Service Desk Technicians - Contract

Our Client are seeking a 1st Line Service Desk Technician on a renewable contract basis, based full time in Alicante, Spain. This is an urgent requirement, starting ASAP with a contract duration until the end of the year. Our Client are paying €13 per hour for this position. You must have full fluency in English, an intermediate level of French and a basic level of Spanish to apply for this role.

You will be responsible for incident and problem management, ticket management, receiving phonecalls detailing user incidents, and attending issues experienced by users.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Remedy (BMC Software) experience
  • At least 2 years of Windows Client (Miscrosoft Systems) experience
  • MUST have excellent fluency in English
  • MUST have intermediate fluency in French
  • MUST have basic/lower intermediate level of Spanish
